At Alka-Pure we maintain the highest standard of quality. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please reference our shipping and return policy below and contact us.
- The customer may return product within 7 days of original purchase date. Any time longer than that (longer than 7 days since original purchase) may be denied approval to return for a refund.
- All product returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund.
- Product must be in original packaging.
- Product must be unused, unopened and in original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Upon receipt of product, Alka-Pure employees will review and inspect to ensure no visible
damages, defects, or alterations. If found, customer will be notified and must decide if
said product needs to be shipped back to customer (at their expense) or discarded. Written
authorization must be provided to discard. - Credit can be refunded/applied in several forms. If original purchase was made by credit card
or check, refund can be issued in same manner. - Alka-Pure reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned product prior to
authorizing a credit. This may result in a credit being denied.
